Ingredients:

10 pounds of wild duck, plucked
4 tablespoons each paprika, salt, pepper
1 bottle Worchestershire sauce

Sauce:

1 cube butter
1 12-ounce jar red currant jelly
1 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
