What a show I have for you this week! Patti’s off this week, she’ll be out cleaning up the beaches but she will be with me for Easter Sunday.
Well, I’m broadcasting LIVE from the International Sportsmans Expo going on this weekend at the University of Phoenix Stadium off the 101 and Glendale Ave.
Joining me to kick start your ISE experience is John Kirk, the Director of Communications for the International Sprtsmans Expo to tell you about all the exciting activities and seminars that are going on this weekend.
Elk hunters, get ready early and learn how to call and hunt for elk with the World Champion Elk Caller, Chad Shearer. Chad will be joining me to talk about the seminars he’s teaching throughout the weekend.
Then to wrap up the first hour I have Guy Eastman from Eastmans Outdoors, the publishers of The Eastman’s Hunting and Bowhunting Journals. Come by and see the spectacular trophy deer displays at their booth and Listen to the hunting seminars guy will be teaching this weekend.
I’m proud to say I am now writing an article for the Eastman’s Hunting Journal titled, “The Poacher Chronicles”. The Feb./March edition spotlights a poaching case in Idaho. (Hint: Page 77)
To start up the second hour, Steve Grier from The Fisherman’s Choice Proshop and one of our new sponsors, will have some ideas for you about the spawn, and what they have for you at the expo to get ready to catch that lunker.
Next up is Public Information Officer for the Arizona Game and Fish Department, Rory Aikens. As many of you know, we have had a lot of moisture this year and that means more water in the lakes and hat makes for some dynamic fishing. As well as the possibility of major quail hatches for the fall.
Then to wrap up the show we have author of the book “Greatest Elk” , and creator of the unbelieveable, Eastman’s deer disply, Roger Selner will join me for some unforgetable stories about his book and some of the deer he has found for display..
