Then it’s “On the Hunt with Hevishot” with Ron Petty. Ron will be talking about different shot and shell sizes for the right hunt situation. Whether it’s Goose or Turkey.
Then to wrap up the first hour, Mark Malone will join us from huntmap.com with ideas for mapping out your next hunting trip.
In this second hour it’s time for the Poacher ChroniclesTM. Patti will again join me as we expose poachers around the United States.
Our first guest will be Bob Stuchel from the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. No state is left untouched by poachers and Bob will be on board to give you an idea what’s happening there.
Next up, well, we brought Tony Wood back this month with the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources to cover smoe other poaching issues in Utah and to give us an update on the cattle poaching case.
Then to finish up The Poacher ChroniclesTM. Carol Havlik from the Wyoming Fish and Game Department will join Patti and myself with an elk poaching problem going on in her state.
The bottom line,,, poachers steal from everyone.As Law abiding citizens it is our duty to turn them in. Get aquainted with the game and fish laws of your state and if you hear something unusual out of the legal seasons, call your local wildlife agency and report it.
