Well, I hope you all enjoyed the show last week. Patti and I had a great time at the lake with the kids. I can’t say enough great things about the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Cal Trout, California Fish and Game and the American Fisheries Society. What a great job they all did co-ordinating this program.
We have a great show for you this week.
Joining me first is the spokesperson for Hevi Shot Ron Petty. This stuff is incredible, I was telling Ron, a few years ago I was goose hunting at the Cibola Sportsman’s Club on the Colorado River and watched this stuff blow right through a goose at 60 yards.
Then Stephen Kennerk, the president of the Tannery will join me to show you how you can take care of your own trophy shulls and hides.
In the final segment of the first hour, Phil Smith, wilflife manager with the Robbins Butte Wildlife Area will be on hand with the Juniors Dove Hunt out at Robbins Butte with the Chandler Rod and Gun Club.
Now it’s time for “The Poacher Chronicles”TM sporsored by Safariland. Rob Young, the person that started “The Poacher Chronicles”TM with me almost 9 years ago will join me as we expose poachers in three different states starting with Bill Kohne from the Missouri department of Conservation.
Toni Wood from the Utah Game and Fish Department is up next with more stories that will raise your hackles as he talks about the poaching dilema in Utah.
Then to finish out the show and “The Poacher Chronicles”TM, Gene Elms from the Arizona Game and Fish Department will join us to talk about the poaching situation in Arizona.
Be sure to check this site every month as we expose those guys that would steal from all of us on “The Poacher Chreonicles”TM. With three new Wildlife Violator Compact States every month. Exclusively on Xplor the Outdoors. It won’t be long now,, you can be a member of “The Poacher Chronicles”TM anti-poaching team. Watch this site… the outer wear will soon be available.
Tune in next week as Patti and I head to the Houlihan Ranch in Sheridan Wyoming with Buck Brannaman,”the original horse whisperer. We will be broadcasting LIVE from the ranch both the 16th and the 23rd as we attend one of Buck’s famous horse clinics.
